me and this boy have liked each other on and off for a year.. we've said "i love you" a few times, he said it first. we decided being friends with benefits would be a lot easier than being bf and gf.. but everytime we've actually had sex, he's all of a suddent started being really mean and distant after. then like 3 weeks later he'll come back and flirt and love me til the next time we have sex. ive tried getting over him like 5 times and i cant :( my heart keeps breaking but i cant let him go.

You need to start saying no and refusing him. If you don’t talk to him, you’ll eventually start to forget him. He’s not worth it. This relationship can be very dangerous. Sex ties a person emotionally to another person. It hurts a lot more to let go once you’ve had sex.
